(Help please) Trouble for steam VR(Vive Focus 3)

Hi all,  i have already purchased the vive focus 3 and facing the following issue with detail background as below:

My Pc spec is as below:

MSI GS76 with RTX3080 with vive Focus 3.

Issue:

I can connect the vive focus 3 with my steam VR inside and the network speed show that is in 5.2GHZ with 5XX mbps.. 

However, when i connect to steam, it just show the screen with 5-10 sec and reload reload and reload...and when i back to normal steam interface .. it show delay on the screen

 

What anything else i should do for the best performance  and play smooth with that.. please help.

Have you tried connecting your laptop to the router directly with ethernet cable? It's not required, but it is recommended.
