One 3.0 Tracker keeps losing tracking when moved.

My 3 trackers arrived and I set them up with 2.0 base stations. Two of the trackers track perfectly, but one doesn't work. That one tracker tracks only with one base station, though very poorly and disconnects when moved too fast (when writing this, I wasn't even able to have it track, it kept disconnecting) . I did try switching dongles, the 2 trackers that worked still do, yet the 3rd one doesn't.

It seems that it keeps disconnecting, is there anything to troubleshoot here to fix it, or do I need to contact support to get a replacement?

Suggest to clear out all files in below directory before reaching out for RMA, it should fix your issues. 
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\config\lighthouse\
