Vive Focus 3 - don't detect USB connection to external device

Hi,

We are working on an external device that can be controlled through USB, while the vive focus 3 is the host establishing the USB connection. We noticed that the vive focus is not able to detect that a new usb device has been plugin in, hence it is invisible when using android USB API. However, if the usb device is plugged in as the HMD boots, then it is correctly handled and visible. Any usb connection occurring afterward is not detected.
It seems to us that there might be an issue at the OS' level that do not update its USB internal states.

Thanks in advance, if you have any clue as to how to fix this behavior or even how to report this potential issue to the vive focus 3 development team.
