Dragonlord Posted January 18, 2023 Share Posted January 18, 2023 Good Day, I have the vive cosmos elite with the wireless adapter-- Will the Vive XR elite work the same way -- In my desktop computer I installed the PCIe card with a link box using a coax cable - will this setup work with the vive XR so that i am not wired to my PC? roflsauce Posted March 27, 2023 Share Posted March 27, 2023 Same set up here, got my XRE a few days ago, it is not compatible with the vive wireless module, it uses a different launcher and connects via wifi. Best streaming result require a wifi 6 (802.11ax) network, a PC capable of its' own wifi connection to another non router device and a wired connection from the PC to the wifi 6 router the XRE is connected to. I have been playing on an all wireless wifi 5 (802.11ac) 5Ghz network and have been getting mixed results. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
