VIVE Focus 3 System Update is stuck at 0%

I'm trying to update VIVE Focus 3 from the device and from the Android and iOS VIVE Manager app but is always the same:

Updating headset... 0%

The update is from 3.x to 5.x versions.

Is not related to VIVE, it was a network issue, the companny network protection policy.

I am having a similar problem. Would you be able to elaborate on this? Was the network slow or was it because it was a public network? Thanks.
