Fine-tuned PC GPU loading after Streaming session disconnected while Content(OpenVR) is still running. Fixed jitter issue with OpenXR content developed with UE4.27 or later. Fixed stability issues when Dynamic Bitrate is enabled. Fixed a server crash issue due to WMI API. Revised VBS console UI. [OpenXR] Fixed facial tracking does not work after restart VBS session. [OpenXR] Fixed crash issue in MSFS2020.
