If I take them off and tilt a certain way I can see the image thru the lens, but as soon as I place the headset on it all goes black. Uninstalled and re-installed several times. C.T. Posted June 1, 2023 Share Posted June 1, 2023 Sometimes, the hair around the forehead can be a factor that causes the headset to misread the proximity sensor.
