Inquiry about the VIVE PRO Controller Power Issue

Hello,

We have supplied the VIVE PRO to a few of our client companies, and I've personally experienced this issue as well.

There are instances where one controller, despite being fully charged, does not turn on. However, when it's plugged into the charging cable, it turns on. This intermittent issue hasn't just happened in one or two places, so I'm wondering if there's a solution to this problem?

If there is a solution, could you please let me know?
