VIVE Business Console Sign In issue

Hello, I'm trying to install VIVE Business Console, it shows the Sign in window, I click it, it opens the webpage https://vbc.vive.com/ I click again SIGN IN and I get "Login failed, please contact our support."

How can I make it work, thank you?

The question is for VBC_1.08.16

And for VBC 1.06.3  it requires a code, and I'm not sure where to get this either.

I tried to use the Code from the VIVE Business+ Pro Tier Order and it did not work.

For our needs we will use the new Business+ web portal, so there's no need anymore to make VBC working
