ChrisMa130 Posted December 4, 2023 Share Posted December 4, 2023 I just got a used Focus 3 and apparently this one was enrolled into AXON's Business+ and they forgot to reset it before selling it. I am trying to enroll it into my own Business+, but I can't reset the headset. I tried resetting it in the Advanced tab and holding down the volume down and Power Button Factory resets, but no matter what I do it always says batch configuration successful after the reset, as if the batch file does't get deleted by the reset.
