VIVE Business Streaming - 1.13.8b

• Added a new Console option: "Fall back to VIVE Tracker" for the VIVE Ultimate Tracker, allowing it to be mounted and compatible with the VIVE Tracker 3.0.
• Improved wireless streaming stability in low bandwidth conditions.

VIVE Business Streaming app - 1.0.19.12 (Please connect Focus 3 to PC via USB to update)

• Added a notice delay to prevent streaming from stuttering when the VIVE Ultimate Tracker is connected.
• When connected to 6 GHz Wi-Fi network and using VIVE Ultimate Trackers, shows a message to switch to a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network for a better streaming experience.
