gringo420 Posted February 21 Posted February 21 Hello HTC Developer Support Team, Recently, I have issue with my HTC U11 that suddenly cannot connect to Wifi and telco data connection. After restart, phone stop at HTC logo and boot into bootloader. I am trying to do recovery on my phone. I have lost all my data and apps after proceed to wipe/clear because cannot used. Reboot phone many times, screen appear as attached with URL link to photo. VIVE_chengnay Posted February 21 Posted February 21 Hi @gringo420, Regarding cannot receive email confirmation from htcdev, it is ongoing by engineer to fix this issue. For your U11 Wifi issue, if reboot or recovery didn't help, then it will consider HW issue. Maybe the Wifi module is dead. 1

VIVE_chengnay Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Hi @gringo420, I know there is "Comments" at the bottom of the htcdev.com website. After you click it, it required you to enter SN or IMEI, then you can proceed from there. Not sure if this helps.
p4ckrat Posted February 29 Posted February 29 Hi @VIVE_chengnay, I too am having this issue and have tried to register with many different emails to no avail. I have a lot of old HTC devices that I want to unlock the bootloaders for. I cannot use "Comments" because they are no longer supported devices, although HTCDev still has the bootloader unlock capability for them. Is there any way I could get my account changed to verified? 1
