Since the update providing the access to the VIVEPORT, my VIVE application ask me to enter my username and password and when I do so, it is asked again, in loop. I cannot access to the VIVEPORT, I cannot use the application in the library of VIVEPORT. Please help, this is very frustrating... Thanks in advance for your help and do not hesitate to ask me questions if needed.... Seagle
tilorop Posted October 1, 2016 Posted October 1, 2016 Got the same issue. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. Can't log into my htc account nor via steam. Loops back, and gets the "something went wrong - please log on to your HTC account"-message. Any ideas?
Seagle Posted October 1, 2016 Author Posted October 1, 2016 After a few tries, I manage to install the application, I don't know why but the log-in works on time. Now, the application is installed, but impossible to run it or access to Viveport: same request for User and Password in loop. Maybe the Vive/port support could help ? If by any chancen they read this 0_o

Would you be able to provide me with some screenshots, or steps you took so we can attempt to replicate? (You can PM me the screens.) You might also want to try creating a different Viveport account with a different email address, and seeing if that helps.
