Heidi1 Posted December 21, 2017 Share Posted December 21, 2017 Ordered 12/11/17. Label printed 12/12/17. FedEx never got package, vive didnt ship. Have gotten nothing but the run around for 4 days. They gave me a case # Monday. No answers. How hard is it to reprint the label and ship the product? Heartbroken for my child, it was the only thing he asked for for Christmas. Tuesday, they had me start talking to Daniella (floor supervisor) and I have spoken to Sebastian twice today. They have had me in tears for 3 days. I'm at my wits end.
