ExplodingXMango Posted January 15, 2018 Share Posted January 15, 2018 Hello PIONEER, I see you have a problem with Vive HMD startup Given what information you have provided, I have these suggestions to resolve your problem: • Make sure your Lighthouses can see the vive • Make sure it has not entered sleep mode (movment should fix this) • Ensure your Lighthouses are properly tracking and are the proper distance away from eachother • Check if the HMD or any other VIVE components are in need of updates via the Dropdown menu In SteamVR If these do not fix your issue, feel free to leave this topic open, I or another user will try to assist you further shortly!
