dropped frames really bad in lifeliqe museum and in vr live formula one cant play

all of a sudden im getting massive frame drops in  the  life lique museum vr dinosaur experience and the vrlive formula one   both unplayable. it happend all of a sudden  all my other games work fine no frame drops    including elite dangerous the blue   evrything else is fine. i cant figure it out  i disabled camera in steam settings and it fixed it for that moment then it cam back.  cpu is not maxing out    i have i76700   gtx 1070  16g ram     evrything else in vr is totaly fine  except these 2 titles  i have steam reports saved  from both games.    the steam frame drop was in red for both of these. please need help

Figured it out. Super sampling adjustment fixed it. 1.5 with reprojection on fixed it. Guess each game or app will differ. With dif settings.
