Mazzeden
Thank you very much for the detailed answer. I will do that, thanks. But yeah when they promote the laptop as « VR ready, Vive compatible » its confusing at best
Mazzeden
Hello, It works. Connecting my Vive Pro to my ROG Zephyrus via a USB-C to DisplayPort + the provided cable. I have now a lot of other issues, mainly my sensors tracking my HMD/Controllers, but that's another story. Cheers,
HackPerception
, the "VR Ready" thing is just OEM marketing - there are unfortunately no real standards with this generation except perhaps with PSVR and standalone VR - hopefully this improve on the desktop side with time. What's going on with the tracking? Are you using 1.0 or 2.0 controllers? Is it reproducible across all of your USB ports? Have you attempted to minimize the number of reflective surfaces in the room? Mazzeden
Hello, It's fine now, I've restarted etc. and managed to make it work! The problem was the tracking of one of my controllers when I have to put it on the floor (calibrate the floor), but it's all good now. Thanks, Best,
