EGL error on headset on/off

Whenever the headset turns on or off due to the proximity sensor the log is intermittently spammed with EGL errors.

[EGL] Unable to acquire context: EGL_BAD_SURFACE: An EGLSurface argument does not name a valid surface (window, pixel buffer or pixmap) configured for GL rendering.

Wave SDK version is 2.0.37 and we are using Unity 5.6.4p2 and Unity 2017.3.0f3, and the issue is apparent with both Unity versions as well as in sample scenes.
