NOTHING downloading on Viveport

All I get is this message: 

 

Download Error Internal Error

 

I have restarted after logging out. I have rebooted the computer. Nothing is working! Is the site down or something?

Hey , we've seen this error before, but we're still investigating it - sorry I can't give you any more information at this time.

 

I would suggest that you make sure you have any firewalls, etc disabled, as this can interfere with downloads. (It's something we're investigating.)
