Andresayan
Hello, I am a young developer and my goal is simply to build an app that works on HTC Vive Focus using Unreal Engine. I am using WaveSDK-2.1.8 and Unreal 4.20.3. What apps I tried: Sample SeaOfCube and a Blueprint ThirdPersonprject with WaveVRPawn on it (and the character removed). Both don't work. Problem: The apps are building in the Headset, I launch them and then it directly returns to the menu... I have followed all the instructions... Thank you in advance for your help, Andre
Johnson_Wu
Hi Andre, Can you just try the following first to make sure your development environment 1. Build an android app without WaveVR SDK: Create an empty project and package an android app. 2. If you achive the item 1, try to package our sample project VRTestApp Open VRTestApp project and package an android app. 3. If you achive the item 2, try to open an empty project and use WaveVR SDK Create an empty project and enable WaveVR SDK detailed in our documents, drag WaveVRPawn and Controller Loader to the World. Remove Player Start Actor in the world. Then, package an android app. The problem you mensioned: The apps are building in the Headset, I launch them and then it directly returns to the menu... What the "apps" are?? The apps built-in launcher? or the app you built and install on HMD? Johnson
