Haptic workaround note

To all,

 

Current haptics API takes a unsigned 16bit integer as microsecond which we find is inconvenient to use in practice. Therefore, we are planning to introduce a new API. Before that developers can call it per tick for appropriate duration (say 30000 for 30ms) until the total duration meets the design need.

Once there is a new API define, we will update inside our documentation.
