Cannot connect my vr set to my pc monitor.

hey im having a problem with connecting my vr headset and the same time with the monitor... i got the hdmi spliiter and it worked on my tv and the  monitor but for some reason it wont work with VR ?

should i buy DisplayPort with hdmi? or there is other way?

You can't use a splitter with VR. You need a dedicated cable and port. You also cannot use an adapter. What ports does your GPU have? Idealy, you'd use HDMI for your Vive (or DisplayPort for Vive Pro) and whatever else you have for your monitor.

well i use hdmi for both of my vr and monitor :/ 

and about my graphic card i have geforce GTX 970 with hdmi and diplayport.

what should i do so it will work ?
