Vastness
Hi Guys, I have just ordered the Vive Pro Eye. I work with some Quadriplegic people that would like to use VR. But one guy has no movement except his face and limited head movement. Like pretty much none. So I purchased the Eye to built some apps so they can have some ability to access VR The question is can a menu be built as a native driver for use in the HMD to access features in Steam? eg. Rotate Orientation, Controllers buttons, HMD/Controller positions etc. I know people have accessed the HMD matrix through Open VR to provide movement. Like WalkinVR Driver. Basically just using the eyes to access programs Rod (Vastness) @Cory_HTC @Daniel_Y
Daniel_Y
yes, SRanipal SDK, https://developer.vive.com/resources/knowledgebase/vive-sranipal-sdk/, provide C code API. You could use it to build your native driver.
