VIVE Focus local network

Hi!

Is it possible to connect to a local network (without internet) with the Vive Focus?
Unfortunately when connecting, the Android interface tell me "Obtaining IP ..." and we are not able to communicate with the headset.

With the VIVE wifi interface it tell me that the passwords is incorrect .

We've tried to connect to a local network (without internet) with the Vive Focus at local side.  If the DHCP server is enabled, the Vive Focus can connect to the network. If the DHCP server is disabled, the Vive Focus will show "Obtaining IP  address..." and “IP Configuration Failure”, not “the passwords is incorrect”.

Could you help to provide more detailed test environment and test steps? 

If possible, it's helpful to provide videos or photos of the operation process.
