Change PayPal accourt un VIVEPORT

I would like to replace a PayPal account in my Viveport but it's impossible.

How can I replace it by a new PayPal account ?

There is a garbage icon but it's doesn't work

Hello I Sjunin with an another account

I had to change account for this forum, my account with SAFARI, EDGE or FIREFOX doesn't work anymore (MAC, PC ou GSM) ???!!!

I don't have any BLOCKER

@Sjunin I would recommend working that out via the support ticket I started for you - that's the most direct line to Viveport's in-house customer care team who can escalate back up to the platform owners if there is a widely reproducible problem.

As vibrant has done, use the support ticket that he's opened, be aware with covid19 and different departments it could take a couple days for a response 🙂 oh and it's a weekend.

IN the meantime try these instructions;

Login to paypal:

1. Once you've logged in look at the address bar
2. At the top in the address bar where it says {paypal.com/myaccount/summary} goto {paypal.com/myaccount/security} 
3. then select {Permissions you've given} select {Update} 
4. then select {Manage} on the associated 
5. Then cancel and whatever you need todo 

This is just the paypal side, you'll more than likely still need to use that support ticket and get {HTC} to remove you there end also 🙂

@VibrantNebula is a great person, so bare with the ticket he's done.

I can't access to my account Sjunin anymore

There always is SIgn IN Ireceived a lot of code or I tried to change my password and I can't star anymore.

With SAFARI (MAC) there is message "COOKIES" I accepted all cookies.

With FIREFOX and CHROME (MAC) problems comes from Sign iN

I dont undderstand

I trid with my Phone same problem.

Please help me !

Well you've or someone on your computer has done something or it's your antivirus or something,  go to chrome and reset the whole settings.
