AlGolden
Hi, I try to build an app with wave for pico neo2. Is it supported? And if yes is somewhere any doc about it? I tried many options but still get Cant't bind VR services in the headset. Thanks
chengnay
@AlGolden Did you try building with PicoVR SDK?
AlGolden
@chengnay Do you mean PicoVR SDK + Wave? I forrgot to mention Unity. I tried 1. PicoVR Unity SDK alone. It's working of cause, but is not suitable since we need universal Unity solution that can be compiled for Focus Plus, Quest and Pico Neo2 with minor modifications. 2. Wave alone. Get "Cant't bind VR services" in the headset. 3. PicoVR + Wave. Get compile errors since both SDKs have classes with the same name without namespace clarification, for ex. Controller class. If it is potentially working, is anywhere some doc about it? @Tony PH Lin

chengnay
@AlGolden As far as I know that Wave SDK cannot run on Pico Neo 2 device. Sorry for the inconvenience.
AlGolden
@chengnay thank you for fast response. What about Oculus Quest? is it possible to use Unity Wave or VIU for building app that could be compiled both to Focus Plus and Quest/Quest2? chengnay
@AlGolden Yes, you can use VIU for cross platform between VIVE Focus/Focus Plus and Quest, but not Quest2 for now. We will add support to Quest2 in the future when we get the device.
