GrinReaper
One of my Vive track pads is stuck. How do I send it in for repairs?
Synthesis
Hi there. Your best bet is to contact our Live Chat support on our website: www.vive.com/us/support/contactusOf course, that's the US page, so if you're not in the US, just change the location to the correct one. Our agents will walk you through the process and you'll be good to go!Thanks! -John C

Tazdingo
Chat reps will tell you 7-10 business days. This is false. They are running 2-3 months. Completely unacceptable for a 3 week old product. I am seeing here it has been an issue now for almost a year! I am a manufacturing engineer and I can't believe they do not have a fix for this yet. They are losing initial market share purchases to Rift on price and now this issue just adds fuel to the fire. Unbelievable. I used to be a strong advocate for Vive, now I question that. Synthesis
I've addressed this in another thread you posted in: That is simply not true. There are rare cases where the turn around time is longer than normal, but in the vast majority of repairs, it's 7-10 business days.I've reached out to you in another thread to help resolve your issue as quickly as we can. I'd also ask that you please not post in multiple threads with the same block of text. We're waiting for your reply so we can assist your issue.Thank you, -John C
