Is VIVE registry down?

I've followed the instructions from here to set up my scoped registry, https://developer.vive.com/resources/vive-wave/sdk/320/vive-wave-xr-plugin/vive-registry/ , but am getting a log that I was unable to connect to the registry.  Anyone else receiving the same log message?  I'll try to reproduce and paste the log when I get a chance.

It's working from my checking now. What error msg did u see ?
It will be much easier if you use the UI to retrieve the package than edit the manifest.json (path may vary depending on your unity version.

I had the same problem too; it was a 503 Gateway Timeout. I think it's been fixed now. I'm guessing unannounced maintenance or overload?
