BODYPRINT
Running the Beta software. RTX 3080 Driver 465.89 Only tried with Alyx so far but just worked out something strange. I have settings to on Extreme and Motion Compensation Off. Alyx graphics cranked full and Steam SS set to 110%. I start Alyx in either DirectX or Vulkan and get heaps of dropped frames and very jittery. While the game is running I go to Desktop view, turn Motion Compensation On, then Off again and go back into the game. Game now runs 100% no dropped frames. Runs fine until I restart the game. I assume this is not Alyx specific and makes me wonder if my very poor performance in some games (Project Cars 2, Automobilista, Assetto Corsa, Competizone etc.) is just this bug and not my setup now?! Will do more testing on these games soon but Alyx is 100% doing this every time. Anyone else getting the same?
C.T.
It'd be nice if you can supply a issue report with this symptom.
BODYPRINT
Just tried Beat Saber. Had to crank it to over 300% SS. 🤣 Similar effect though. Jittery and dropped frames, turn M.C. On& Off again. Goes away and runs smooth. 8 minutes ago, C.T. said: It'd be nice if you can supply a issue report with this symptom. You mean through the Console? I can do that I guess. I'll try get some screen shots or video of it as well.

There's a 2.0.17.6 beta updates released yesterday, do you think you can try that one? Also, want to check with you on the HW-acceleration GPU scheduling option, we suggest to turn it off for now. Thanks

It was 100% the HW Acceleration GPU scheduling option causing this! Thanks! 😏👍
