  2. Hello , , Thanks for keeping us to moving forward to the better way. We currently are investigating new method and try to enable the preview on HMD side, however there are lots of factors we need to handle carefully like performance and effect/impact when we also enable new features like single pass rendering, foveated rendering etc. I'll update here our study result on the end of April, and definitely we're glad to share our beta version for your trial in advnace to make the functionality even better and robust.   3. Hi , Here we offer the solution as following: Get the real controller which ControllerLoader Spawned. Set these real controller’s location to HMD’s location whenever make teleport. Let us know if it's working for you. Thanks.

  16. Hi , Let me clarify this way: If you order device from developer website, it's DK (developer kit) and the latest ROM is 1.91. And if the device is originally ordered from China, which we call commerical version the latest ROM is 1.69. The main difference between is developer ROM might include the coming features support we'd ask developer to develop and try in advance (for example 6Dof support). Hope this clarification is helpful.   17. Hi , Not sure where do you get the device? If you purchase from China, the latest version is 1.69, and if it's applied from developer website it's 1.91. If you still see 1.58 and no more new system update, please pm with your S/N and I can help to check internally for FOTA. Thanks.
  18. Hi , Thanks for your feedback. Yes, you're right. If the app doesn't include com.htc.intent.category.VRAPP in AndroidManifest.xml, it's default to start in windows mode and not full screen. WVR_PermissionManager API is used to access Android Normal and Dangerous Permission. However it can't support USB Permission via Usb device manager. We will put it on our support list. The short-term workaround is to manully enable USB permission from Android setting by using Vysor. Thanks.
  19. Hi , It's like "Rom version is 1.69.1405.1" inside the setting page, and Viveport version shown on the frontend UI is 1.4.12. We do have FOTA around the end of Dec. last year. Could you check if the drift issue occur after this FOTA (the front UI is 1.4.12)? Or the drift issue exist for a while? Thanks.

  22. Hi , The lens distortion improvement setting is valid on the latest ROM update (released around the end of 2018). Please do system upgrade if you receive the new update, and let us know your latest ROM version. Thanks.
