This doesn't work I'm having the same problem with my OG HTC Vive. And the weird thing is, my problem usually gone away after playing for a while. But it still randomly shows up, especially when the first time turning on the headset. Have someone found possible fix for this? I'm using wireless adapter 100% of the time. I have tried changing the cable from the HMD to the Wireless adapter but the problem still exist randomly
