Focus 3 microphone Issue - Urgent

Hi,

We have a focus 3 connected to windows 10 and everything works fine except the microphone that windows doesn't detect.

I'm not sure if could be linked but I see a Vive RR Interface device with the typical warning in the devices administrator because the driver is not available.

Any suggestion?

@Vivefu Unfortunately that's real. Microphone is not supported in Vive Business Streaming currently - it's a top priority feature request and should be integrated soon hopefully.

It's out, please update to 1.05.1a to support microphone

Hi Vive-Support Team, we updated the Focus 3 to  VIVE Focus 3 Software 3.0.999.284 – Release Notes and Vive Business Streaming to Vive Business Streaming 1.05.1a - Public Release notes. Unfortunately, the microphone is still not working, Windows 10 only shows the device's Realtek microphone and the "VIVE Virtual Audio Device" at a constant level of 50%. How to get the microphone working?

Yes, it should be good to go when you see VIVE Virtual audio device installed. Since it's a virtual device, it will be relied on your system input default volume.
