Factory Reset Not solving the endless loading screen issue

I am currently running into this issue were I see a continues loading screen when I boot the focus 3. I have tried to factory reset the product but then after the logo comes on screen the boot menu does not appear. Instead an image of an android appears with the text "No Command". Is there a solution to this problem ?

I'm having the same issue every time I reboot the headset I'm stuck in the black loading screen I can here the volume buttons work and my phone finds it as a new set up but won't go any further then the black loading screen 

 

Any help ??

Your headset fails to create a map of your playspace, might be due to strong sunlight, nothing to hook onto and so on. Check up on your playspace and try again :)
