Headset/Fan remain ON even if not worn while the Screen is Waiting on Input to Pair Controllers

Headset was laying on the table in glasses mode and being powered via usb-c.  I noticed the fan was still on and when looking through the lenses the dialog for pairing the controllers was waiting for input.  I would think that the sensor should take precedence and put the headset in standby mode rather than keep it on indefinitely.

The display should turn off a few sec after you take off the Headset, if it is still happening, please follow below instruction to submit a ticket to me so that I can check. Thanks

Is there a simpler way to submit a ticket other than from within the headset?  It is time consuming and cumbersome which may discourage users to report issues.
