AwkwardPengu1n Posted April 26, 2018 Author Share Posted April 26, 2018 Hi Roxy, I wouldn't bother trying to get help through Vive. I was in online chats for hours with them having remote control of my computer. I even, through the middle of the night, was up with a member of there team in a different country doing the same stuff. All they do is check you are 100% using the same email address. Uninstall and reinstall steam and Vive. After days of doing this they just left me to it. I did a full reinstall of windows (as I was upgrading to SSD anyway) and this solved the problem.
