Headset Display Disconnected

Steam Vr keeps saying this and I've tried buying a new 3 in 1 cable to see if that would fix it but it didn't work, I'm not sure if the link box, headset, or cable is broken anymore. Any help to get this working is very appreciated.

I have the same issue too. It's ridiculous that it has this problem all of the sudden for such a high-end VR device.

I have seen this problem described a number of different ways. What I keep seeing is;

User - Im having a black screen while the mirror shows my headset is otherwise working

Response - Try X,Y,Z

User - Still doesnt work

Response - nothing/crickets

 

I sure would love to use my Vive...
