Vive Pro Eye Calibration Initialization Error Troubleshooting

Hi. I'm trying to using "SRanipalRuntime" for Eyetracking with VIVE Pro Eye. But, it was installed according to the description given, but it is not running. When the program is executed, the tray icon does not appear, and the calibration in Steam VR is not executed. I followed all the advice to solve the problem, but it is not solved. Is there any other way?

Graphic Card : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super (Driver : 512.15)

@jgbiosenseDid you figure this out? I am also having issues with installing Sranipal's latest installer and then when I tried an older version, it installed but I am getting initialization error

You might need to copy the entire "eye_calibration" folder

from "Program Files\VIVE\SRanipal\tools"

to "Program Files (x86)\VIVE\Updater\App\SRanipal\tools"

Worked for me!

I also experienced initialization failure, but I was unable to attach my log zip package to the answer, please help me.

I have same problem with Initialization Error and not showing the icon on tray.

Is there any possbility of error from Window 11? Other computer with Window 10 works well.

I will upload the log of SteamVR while executing eye calibration. I tried to get the log from SRruntime but the icon of SRruntime doesn't show on my taskbar.

I found why SRanipal wasn't shown on the taskbar or have initialization error in eye calibration. If your user name is Korean, SRanipal will not work properly. I think it might be happen to other who use user name with non-English language.

I have done close to everything in this thread in trying to get past "Initialization failed" but nothing seems to be working. The robot icon does show in the tray, but it's always been idle. Does it matter what folder everything is saved to? I've reinstalled everything a couple times and rebooted many times but still can't seem to troubleshoot.  Any more advice would be much appreciated.

I also tried everything possible, but the tracking still does not work. I spent a lot of money on my HTC VIVE PRO EYE and I really want it to work. I need a tracking function
