  3. Hi @Stanislav Kostikov, From SDK level, there is no such API or event to reset coordinates under lost tracking status. However we did similar request for specific enterprise customer with special ROM and service. If that's the case, you can PM me then I can bring you to our enterprise team for further customization discussion. Thanks.

  14. Hi @fvfrfr, For the 2nd PC, please make sure you accept EULA in VR and enable eye tracking. Meanwhile, we're checking log analysis.
  15. Hi @fvfrfr, Could we confirm if firmware is updated successfully on your side? (see below screenshot) If not, try to power off HMD first then download file from https://dl.vive.com/SRSDK/runtime/VIVE_SRanipalInstaller.msi After updating successfully then power on HMD and launch runtime again. Eye chip firmware will update automatically and there is a message box pop up to notify user not to power off device when updating.
  16. Hi @eray_ozr, SDK3.2.0 no need to copy ThirdParty, so we don't think this may be the root cause. In our experience, please use VS 2017 instead since we met some error cases under VS2019. Thanks.

  21. Hi @Khaled_2018, Confirmed with internal team, the factory reset has been disabled (not open) for previous several ROM versions. So let's why you can not see the option. The instruction of the post was in early stage when we released Develop Kit. Thanks.

  23. Hi @canaee, Yes, you're right. Enable depth module could consume more memory, and in short term we could suggest you can decide the proper time to enable/disable it on your application. Thanks.
  24. Hi @BBBH, In our internal develop experience, it seems the app version and SRWorks runtime version is different. Are you using 0.9.3.0, and could you check if you have installed runtime successfully (version should be 0.9.3.0, not 0.9.2.0)? Thanks.
