  1. Hi @KirillOlegovich, I found this post online and could you check your cable? https://steamcommunity.com/app/250820/discussions/2/1638661595058238098/?l=tchinese Try unplug and plug again. May I know which headset are you using?
  2. Hi @Klary, Currently, these two values are not supported. Will this cause any problem during your development?
  3. Hi @RMFoley92, Could you describe your scenario more? Not quite sure how we could assist you. Maybe some screenshots might help?
  4. adb install -r <apk name> You can do it with or without -r
  5. Yes, I cannot get the controllers working too. Get back to you later.
  6. Could you try downloading tgz files and try "Add package from tarball"? I will check out above error message.
  7. Hi @fate.hua, Please get the latest version from GitHub. https://github.com/ViveSoftware/VIVE-Wave/releases
  8. Hi @fate.hua, Just curious why you install Wave SDK 5.6.0-r.10.1 instead of 5.6.0-r.10.2? There is latest version, 5.6.0-r.10.2. Please update and try again. My test result as follows, Controller is not working, but handtracking works. Can get headset pose using Unity 2021.3.9f1.
  9. I am using 2021.3.16f1. I can try downgrade to your version and try again.
  10. Hi @fate.hua, Sample project will be too large to upload. May I know which Unity version are you using?
  11. Could you try stop streaming server and VBS app then start streaming server and VBS app again? Will this help to resolve no headset pose?
  12. OK, then we are not the same. At least I can move my headset. Could you copy and paste your streaming server console log?
  13. I think we are on the same situation now. While you move your headset, you should be seeing your Game View moves too, am I right? I will try to find out why controllers are not moving and handtracking not working too. Get back to you later.
  14. Is the above screenshot view from your headset or Unity Game View? Can you see anything inside your headset? I did not get the NullReferenceException error. Did you use USB or Wifi connection?
  15. Hi @fate.hua, I just double checked again and it does work. Please check your settings again. 1. Under Project Settings>XR Plug-in Management, is WaveXR checked under Windows tab? 2. Install Device APK from DirectPreview Control Panel 3. Start streaming server, ensure you checked all networks 4. Launch Vive Business Streaming app in Library inside your headset 5. Play your scene from Unity Editor, if Unity crashed, just relaunch and try again Please ignore the popup message "VIVE Business Streaming connected, waiting for SteamVR" There is no need for SteamVR while using Direct Preview. By the way, I tested with NaturalHand sample scene provided by Wave SDK. Maybe you can also try choosing any sample scene from Wave SDK and see if it works for you.
  16. There is something wrong with it. I will get back to you later after clarifying. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  17. Hi @fate.hua, Could you stop SteamVR while developing using Wave SDK?
  18. Hi @fate.hua, You can try using DirectPreview. https://hub.vive.com/storage/docs/en-us/UnityXR/UnityXRDirectPreview.html
  19. Hi @GoranW, Yes, that bug/issue just mess up everything display in VIVE Menu. Sorry for the inconvenience.
  20. Hi @GoranW, Main thumbnail will have higher priority to display in Library and Vive Menu current and recent app. For now, your app downloaded from DMS is displaying correct thumbnail image in Library, am I right?
  21. Hi @GoranW, From my testing, I got below result for downloading Store app (3dvista VR). As you can see current app displayed on the LEFT is the thumbnail image. If app built from Unity, by default it will be the one on the bottom right image. Below is another example which I showed you previously by using the Default icon. "Open Brush" is also considered as "Stock apps".
  22. SteamVR is for PCVR, and you're using WaveXR Plugin, and there will be no graphics streaming to SteamVR.
  23. Hi @fate.hua, Under Project Settings>XR Plug-in Management, go to Windows tab, did you check WaveXR?
  24. Hi @Amir Gharghabi, Does the external camera comes with SDK for development? I am not sure if there is driver ready for Unity to detect your device when it is connected through wireless connection. You can check out the logs after you connected to headset.
  25. Hi @Deyu, Sorry for the late reply. We do have a sample project to demonstrate Eyetracking. https://github.com/ViveSoftware/FaceGym/ Feel free to try this out and ask questions if you have any.
