We recommand to use it with battery cradle if you are expereincing uncomfortableness. Although it addes some weights to the system, but the battery cradle counter balanced the weight. Also, we've also included a top strap in the box, putting it up will help.

you can hold the volume down while boot up, there's a factory reset option in the 2D menu.

you can enter setting -> connectivity -> vive manager -> forget the device(located on the bottom right)

Offline installer is currently not available.

2 options, 1. Play the video locally in AIO. Push the file in the device under video folder and use Viveport Video (AIO version) to play it. 2. Streaming service Use Viveport Video (PC version) while doing streaming and play it.
