Could you please submit a log via VIVE Streaming Hub while in Beta and when the display is observed to 75Hz? I have checked several setups within my team, but I haven't encountered the 75Hz issue you mentioned.

Have you tried to connect with USB cable to see if it works properly? If there's only pose data but no image, reconnect or "hit the unit play again" may resolve the issue.

How did u connect your streaming over USB C? directly plug in to the side usb cable or via the battery cradle?

It should always be like this for Focus 3.

You will have to register your focus 3 into the DMS first, then go into manage content tab to assign the licensed content to the device you would like to use.

To avoid error code 912 in the headset while trying to stream, check also your firewall settings One reason why you might be having problems starting a wireless streaming session is because of your computer’s firewall settings. You need to have PD & 30W or up to use the headset without battery cradle. The question should be related to the type C port, we have tested multiple brands and models, but only the NV type C Virtual Link was able to actually provide enough power that XRE needs.

We are currentlly assisting guy to release it on VBAS for focus 3.
