@Jim hua What is the model of your router? Have you wired from router to PC, and have light of sight from Router to Headset? Here are some tips for improving the performance. Noted that the inbox USB cables aren't meant for streaming, you may want to check out our 5m streaming cable or a decent USB 3.0 A-C or C-C cable for USB streaming.

It sounded weird to me, both VBS and VIVE Streaming hub uses the same solution.

I'm afraid Vive Pro Eye is the only product we have for now. However, Focus 3 and XR Elite with the eye trackers are all supported with our streaming services.

NV Virtual-Link does 🙂 and I think some of the TB ports on Laptop also can provide enough power. I can't recommend using glasses mode under power, unknown issues could happen.

find an option called USB compatibility inside the setting -> advanced. toggle it on, and reboot the deivce upon request. It should help you through the Straeaming cable on PC.

We kind of figure out where the problem is, but we need more time to check the schedule for it.

Both wireless streaming and USB streaming will need to connect the headset to PC through USB cable in the first step. Click setting via VIVE Streaming Hub -> ⚙ ️ Settings -> About -> Report Select Report (If you don't have valid internet access at the moment, you can click "save log" to save the log locally) Fill the information in the field and report issue. Once the issue is upload successfully, you will get a trace number.

It's the limitation of Nvdia APIs. You may have to lower the resolution, or lower the refresh rates when doing VR.

Option to mute home enviroment is indeed a good idea.

You shouldn't need to choose anything when plug in to PC when updating the streaming app. I'll have team to check for the behavior, and having it to fix soon. Thanks
