You may notice that we do keep the latest VBS client update when you upgrade your Focus 3 firmware (e.g. 5.0.999.514). Alternatively, you can also update the latest VBS client via VBAS which if you login to the viveport account inside focus 3, the update will be available to you instantly. Feel free to feedback here on forum, so we can fix things and add more features to VBS. But I personally not suggesting to massively adapt beta releases into your operations directly, even though we did have teams testing on the beta release intensely before you guys receive the update. Okay, so I might have to do some troubleshooting and request logs if no luck from you. Please uninstall the VBS first, and "restart" the PC once. (we have found potential files that will still be occupied if you don't restart the PC to release it.) Then install again, the VBS once your PC restart. After you install the VBS, then you can enroll to beta channel to see if the issue persist. I see, let me get this clear. so beta 1.08.4 version still crash on your end, but 1.07.13a works fine. Right?

Do you mind to uninstall the VBS software and reinstall the PC software once again to see if it can be recovered? Installer
