  4. Try to quit VBS app inside focus 3 while doing the assigned IP action. the file may be occupied when you did it. Let me know if it works afterwards. Also batch configuration is possible upon request through regional sales for paid enterprise service. hope this answers your question.

  6. It's purely thumb and index finger, try raise it a little below eye level. Similar to the dollar or okay gesture. That will opens up the quick menu. The reason you don't see hand model in the helloXR wave SDK is because it doesn't support hand tracking input nor models. However, the above "quick menu" gesture is a system level gesture, that will be effected whenever the hand tracking is enabled without controllers present. It is placed under this folder. By the way, you do need to connect your Focus 3 via USB to config this, also VBS client cannot be running on the background when you assigned the IP.
  7. Let me apologized first, it needs extra work to workaround this. 1. Can you first create one COTA file that uncheck this at the first step? 2. After complete COTA creation, insert the SD card into the Focus 3. 3. Perform another factory reset to have COTA to take effort. 4. Complete the open box setups. After that, you should be able to get the latest FOTA. Please do let me know if this is still not resolved your case. Cheers, C.T.

  10. First thing to check, please log in to Device management System to see if your Focus 3 is currently enrolled and controlled by the DMS. If yes, please unenroll it, and then factory reset. If not, please go ahead to factory reset. Then, connect to WiFi to proceed the update process after.
  11. We have a quick menu gesture which if pinch you fingers with palm facing towards you. (right hand) You should be able to see a vive logo appeared and will continue to fill out if you hold it for 3 secs.

  20. There are simple Focus 3 controller models within VIU package. You may want to check it to see if it fits your needs. It's available via GitHub or package manager (Packages/com.htc.upm.vive-input-utility/ViveInputUtility/Resources/Models/).
