Battery cradle not charging

What version are you in?

Did you try rebooting the device to let the battery firmware update again?

I have a similar problem. I received my new XR Elite last week.

At first the only thing on the headset display was an intermitent battery / charge symbol. It finallly charged, after a few hours, while the cradle was fully charged.

When connected the cradle to the headset, it keeps turnning on and off repeatedly until I disconnect it from the cradle.

A few days ago when the headset was connected to the power it displayed charging state at 50%, then 80%, then 95%. Now it shows no charge but "connected to external power source".

Other issue is that sometimes it does not start for a few minutes (not red nor white light). Finally it turns on after multiple intents, connecting and disconnecting power.
